Body Doubling
Body Doubling is when you work along side someone else to stay focused and accountable. You can do it virtually or in person, like in an office 🤪.
Research shows that having another person present, even virtually, can boost attention, reduce procrastination, and support executive functioning, especially for people with ADHD (Barkley, 2015). Co-regulation, the way we mirror each. other's focus and energy can make work feel more structured and less lonely.
